Sarah is a degree qualified clinical nutritionist who uses a non-diet approach combined with current scientific evidence to help clients to ditch diets and food guilt in order to find food freedom and thrive in their daily lives.
Sarah came to study nutrition through her love of food, cooking and a desire to help others understand the benefits of nutritious yet still delicious food. Sarah has learned over the years of studying and also through her own health struggles the massive impact food and our relationships with it can have on our ability to thrive in our daily lives.
This led Sarah to start Health by Instinct where she could teach people the value and benefit of finding a sustainable and individualised eating pattern that will promote their health for life. Sarah does not use meal plans as these don’t teach us anything other than how to follow a diet, she encourages intuitive eating where food is not “good” or “bad” just food.

Sarah has always loved being around children and spent over 10yrs in childcare before having her girls, who are her motivation for helping families navigate the challenges of food, body image and healthy eating. As a food lover you will often find Sarah trying new eateries or in the kitchen singing and dancing. When she is not working or cooking you will find her at the beach, out exploring with her family or enjoying live music.
